Honeywell Wing Union / Hammer Union Pressure Transmitters are rugged pressure sensors, designed for demanding offshore and onshore applications. Particularly suited to deep well applications where high concentrations of H2S, CO2 and chlorides can exist. The Honeywell Wing Union / Hammer Union Pressure transmitter has Inconel X-750 wetted parts, giving good corrosion resistance against stress corrosion cracking (SCC) and sulphide stress cracking (SSC).

Honeywell Wing Union / Hammer Union Pressure Transmitters are all-welded stainless steel bodies. Sensor diaphragm and wing union fitting machined as one part to ensure hermetic integrity. This reduces the chance of media leakage, and the absence of separate parts increases reliability.
The diaphragm is isolated to minimize zero drift during hammer-up, and long term drift in general. The construction of the Honeywell Wing Union / Hammer Union Transmitter incorporates vibration resistance and shock proofing. This ensures performance is maintained during fracturing and cementing applications.
With a 4…20mA, two wire output. Configurable from 0…5000psi to 0…1350bar, the Honeywell Wing Union/Hammer Union Pressure Transmitters cover a wide range of pressures.
Three different versions of the Wing / Hammer union Pressure Transmitter are available;
Fluidic hold an exclusive channel partner agreement with Honeywell Field Products division. Our instrumentation engineers are product trained and able to help with instrument selection within the full Honeywell Field Product instrumentation portfolio, including a range of modular control systems that feed into the Honeywell Experion® family. Fluidic order directly with the Honeywell factory via an exclusive channel partner web portal and hold stock for some common lines.
