Dwyer Magnehelic Differential Pressure Gauge

The Dwyer Magnehelic® low differential pressure  is an industry standard gauge for low differential pressure monitoring.
Most common ranges include, model: 2000-60PA (range 0-60Pa) for cleanroom pressure monitoring and LEV applications and  2000-250PA and 2000-500PA for HEPA filter monitoring.  The Dwyer Magnehelic low differential pressure gauge offers a non contact solution of measurement allowing for a stable and reliable instrumentation solution.

Product Description

The Dwyer Magnehelic low differential pressure  is an industry standard gauge for low differential pressure monitoring.
Model: 2000-60PA (range 0-60Pa) is a very common supply for cleanroom pressure monitoring and also common in LEV (eg fume cupboard) applications.

 

Higher Magnehelic ranges such as 2000-250PA and 2000-500PA are common place in HEPA filter monitoring.
Accompanied with our in-house green/red (go/no-go) zoning, these are ideal for monitoring of filter puncture and blocking.  With an exterior finish tested against a 168hr salt spray test, Dwyer Magnehelic DP gauges are also often found in offshore applications.

 

The Dwyer Magnehelic low differential pressure gauge offers a non contact solution of measurement.  A magnet drives a helix, in turn rotating the dial pointer to show an accurate indication of differential pressure measurement.  With this non contact technology, the Dwyer Magnehelic offers a stable and repeatable measurement of differential pressure.

Fluidic offer multiple ‘Magnehelic Solution’ services, including green/red (go/no-go) overlay zoning, calibration and instrumentation assemblies.  Our ‘Magbo’ Enclosure mounts offer the Magnehelic gauge in stainless steel or polycarbonate instrument enclosures, supplied with professionally finished traffolyte tagging.  DP terminations can be back, bottom or top mounted to suit.  Doors can be hinged as required.  Our instrumentation panels also offer the Magnhelic DP gauge mounted to a 5 valve, stainless steel backplate.  This is ideal for calibration and maintenance checking, which can be carried out without having to physically remove the Magnehelic gauge from service.
