The Vaisala PTB110 Barometer is a class A accuracy barometric pressure transmitter designed for general environmental pressure monitoring over a wide temperature range. With a low power consumption and the ability to accept remote power triggers, the Vaisala is an ideal choice for datalogging applications in areas of low power supply availability. Fluidic are also able to help with suitable dataloggers for this purpose.
The PTB110 barometer uses the Vaisala BAROCAP® Sensor, a silicon capacitive absolute pressure sensor developed by Vaisala for stable and accurate barometric pressure measurement applications. The BAROCAP® sensor combines the outstanding elasticity characteristics and mechanical stability of single-crystal silicon with the proven capacitive detection principle. The excellent long-term stability of the barometer minimizes or even removes the need for field adjustment in many applications.

Fluidic are able to supply the Vaisala PTB110 pre-mounted in an IP65, polycarbonate enclosure. We can fit a local display on the cover and offer additional (isolated) outputs such as 4/20mA and trip relays. This ties in well with our Status Instruments partnership.
