Status Configuration Cables

Many of the instruments we offer from our partner, Status Instruments are configurable via their free of charge “Speedlink” software.  Speedlink software is downloadable HERE.

Depending on the transmitter you have from our wide selection, configurable parameters include:

• 4-20mA output scaling
• Setting of relays trip points
• Sensor type selection
• calibration adjustments (in many cases up to 22 points)
• Non linearisation (for example for non-standard vessels on level applications)
• 4-20mA output simulation (use the software to commission your PLC)

USB Speedlink software also allows real time reading of the instrument under test for many devices.  In some cases it can also provide diagnostic logs etc that may be passed through our technical support team for analysis.

• Using Cable model: USB CONFIGURATION KIT
  SEM106P, SEM206P, SEM206TC, SEM206TH, TTR200, TTC200, HTR200, HTR201, STA206, SEM160I, SEM161, SEM162

• Using Cable model: USBTTX CONFIG
  TTR200X, TTC200X and SEM1800X (ATEX/IECEx instruments, configuration cable has inbuilt barrier in line with latest ATEX regulations)

• Using Cable model: USBX CONFIG
  SEM210X and SEM310X (ATEX/IECEx instruments, configuration cable has inbuilt barrier in line with latest ATEX regulations)

For many of our simpler, safe area only instruments, transmitters may also be configured using a simple USB “camera” cable (mini connector instrument side).  This is also available from Fluidic stock.
