Schmidt IL 30 Mini Flow Sensor

Schmidt IL30.208 and IL30.212 are compact flow sensors designed for OEM applications.  These mini flow meters utilise thermal mass technology, ideal for dry gas flow applications suchg as compressed air lines.  The Mini design is aimed at small tube applications.  IL30.208 is a DN8 / 1/4″BSP version.  IL30.212 is a slightly larger DN12 / 3/4″BSP version.  Instruments can be selected with extension pieces to ensure the ideal straight length and most accurate measurement results.

• Rated 8 bar, dry, clean gas applications (typically air)
• With push on fittings on 8mm or 12mm DIA tubing
• Available with 100mm extension tubes to ensure straight lengths (1/4″ BSPT fittings process side)
• Complete with 4-20mA output, 2m cable electrical connections
• Digital output options, Modbus RTU
• Measurement ranges 0.2 to 20 NLPM, 1 to 100NLPM or 1 to 200NLPM
• IP64 design
• 24Vdc power, with operation and sensor status LED

• Measurement ranges 3 to 300 NLPM or 3 to 500NLPM
• IP64 design
• 24Vdc power, with operation and sensor status LED
• Typical consumption 25mA, max 100mA

Schmidt IL30 Mini Flow Sensors operate without any moving parts, employing thermal mass measurement principles to eliminate any drift or signs of ageing. This reduces the required sensor maintenance to an absolute minimum.  Through Fluidic in the UK, all Schmidt sensors can be supplied with a range of mounting and wiring accessories, along with calibration options directly from the German factory.
