H&B RHA500 Hygienic Temperature Sensors
Spring-loaded RTD sensor and fabricated hygienic thermowell.
H&B Sensors Hygienic Collection are temperature assemblies combining a spring-loaded RTD sensor with solid drilled hygienic thermowells with various process connections. These heavy-duty constructions are designed for use within applications involving high pressures and flow rates.
The RTD temperature sensor is available as a 2, 3 or 4 wire Pt100 or Pt1000 in either simplex, duplex or triplex configuration. The accuracy class can be selected from 1/10 DIN, 1/5 DIN, 1/3 DIN, class A or class B.
These assemblies are available with an aluminium, stainless steel or plastic connection head which has an M20 x 1.5 cable entry. The sensor can be terminated with a ceramic terminal block, 4 to 20 mA transmitter or supplied with tails. There is also an option to specify a loop-powered or battery-powered indicator.
The H&B Sensors Hygienic thermowells are available with either a parallel or tapered stem profile and has wide variety of process thread connections available.
The solid drilled thermowell is only available in 316 stainless steel.
These assemblies are available with ATEX Exia, IECEx Exia, UKEX Exia (intrinsically safe), ATEX Exd, IECEx Exd or UKEX Exd (flameproof) hazardous area approval for use within Zones 0, 1, 2, 20, 21 and 22.
