Honeywell DR4500 Circular Chart Recorder

Honeywell DR4500 Circular Chart Recorder is a 1-4 input circular chart (paper) recorder.  The 12″ DIA chart is clearly marked with disposable fibre tip pens for lasting recorders to meet quality assurance demands in many food, pharmaceutical and medical device industries.  There are multiple versions of the DR4500A paper chart recorder, each designed with specific applications and industries in mind.

The Honeywell DR4500 is the “big brother” of the DR4300, low cost recorder.  For modern alternatives, also consider the Honeywell DR Circular Paperless Chart Recorders.

Honeywell’s Truline recorder is a one to four-channel, microprocessor-based, circular chart recorder. Its “one-pen” stylus printhead produces up to four analogue traces and prints alphanumeric chart data on a blank heat-sensitive chart. All four traces share the same time line reference, which the Truline prints

Input types include options for thermocouples, RTD (including Pt100), voltage, mV, and mA.  The Honeywell DR4500A range also includes a variety of output, alarms and control options, along with RS485 Modbus RTU comms.  Accompanying software offers options for totalization, sterilisation calculations and general maths functions.
