HTS Pressure Regulators

As Honeywell Thermal Solutions partners for the UK, Fluidic are your authorised source for Honeywell burner system spare parts. This includes the Kromschroder, Maxon and Eclipse brands. In the burner system, the gas train pressure regulator and the air intake regulator (or air damper control) work together to maintain the correct fuel-to-air ratio for safe and efficient combustion. The gas pressure regulator is designed to reduce incoming gas to the level required by the burner, typically around 20mbar.  The pressure regulator will maintain a stable outlet pressure even on fluctuating supply and prevents over firing caused by excessive gas pressure.  Along with a well regulated air supply, this helps provide the most efficient air to fuel mix ration for an efficient burn.

• GIK and GIK..B for air/gas ratio control at a constant 1:1
• J78R for gas (J78R..L for air) DN15 lines
• 60DJ for gas (60DJ..L for air) DN8 lines
• GDJ for gas (GDJ..L for air) DN15 to 50, pd 2 to 160mbar
• VGBF regulators for gas (hydrogen ready) DN15 to 150
• JSAV safety shut off valves (hydrogen ready) DN25 to 100
• VSBV relief valves (hydrogen ready) DN25 with standard adjustment range 70-170mbar
• GIKH for variable air/gas ratio control of approx 4:1 on systems with preheated air
• VAR circulation pressure control and relief regulators
