Micatrone are a manufacturer of vent instrumentation, specialising in transmitters for low differential pressure and airflow. Based in Sweden (including their design and manufacture centre), Micatrone are a family run business dating back to 1964 where the company was originally founded for measurement and control of boiler automation in warm water plants in Sweden.
From the 1980s, Micatrone started to develop low pressure transmitters used in air handling applications. Fluidic hold authorised partner status and have exclusively been distributing throughout the UK for more than 20 years. The MF-PFA instrument has been through EMPHASIS assessment and is regularly used for air flow vent applications within the UK nuclear sector.
