CO2 Calibration

CO2 Calibration (Carbon Dioxide) typically covers probes used in incubators (%CO2) or ventilation systems (ppm).

Fluidic are UK partners for Vaisala including their range of carbon dioxide probes ranging up to 20% CO2. Although this doesnt preclude us from calibration of other CO2 probes, our laboratories are fully equipped with all necessary Vaisala software and cable to carry out full calibration and adjustment of Vaisala probes (such as the GMP250 series).

• Carbon Dioxide probes are calibrated against NIST reference CO2 canisters.
• We offer at a minimum a 2 point service (zero and span).   It is common to include a midpoint check too.
• Reference gases include 0% (99.999% Nitrogen), 2%, 3%, 5%, 10%, 20% as used in incubators and purging systems. For building monitoring / HVAC systems 2000ppm, 3000ppm, 5000ppm, 7000ppm, 10,000ppm (1% CO2) are used.

Fluidic have a dedicated team of service engineers.  We are able to calibrate your CO2 sensors back in one of our workshops or onsite at your premises.  With 3 UK offices, Fluidic cover most of the UK population within a few hours drive.  We are also able to arrange collection and return of your instruments where workshop calibration is most appropriate.
