Pressure Calibration is essential for ensuring reliability of your instrument, and often a necessity under audit regulated environments such as hospitals and pharmaceutical plant.
Fluidic have a range of pressure calibration tools. Our reference instruments are calibrated to EN 17025 standard, typically UKAS, therefore our calibrations are traceability to national standards. Our capabilities include….
- Low pressure gauges (pascal or millibar ranges)
- Including the Dwyer Magnehelic gauge. This is commonly used in hospitals and clean room monitoring.
- We have low pressure bellows pumps and extremely precise reference instruments. Our digital references have resolution to fractions of a pascal.
- Pressure gauges and pressure transmitters (bar or psi type ranges)
- We have a range of hydraulic comparator pumps and deadweight testers to ensure accurate calibrations.
- Calibration of pressure transmitters or digital pressure gauges can often be adjusted for as found and as left results.

- We typically offer a 5 point calibration @ 700/800/900/1000/1100hPa against a class A reference.

Fluidic have a dedicated team of service engineers. We are able to calibrate your pressure instrument back in one of our workshops or onsite at your premises. Our engineers have the tools to work with HART devices. This often allows most flexibility for calibration adjustment. With 3 UK offices, Fluidic cover most of the UK population within a few hours drive. We are also able to arrange collection and return of your instruments where workshop calibration is most appropriate.
