As Honeywell Field Product channel partners, Fluidic offer a range of conductivity cells and analysers. For higher conductivity applications, generally in the milliSiemens/cm range, we offer Honeywell’s rugged range of 5000TC toroidal conductivity cells.
Additionally, Honeywell 5000TC sensors are available with a number of different mounting types. These include immersion mounting (CPVC or PVDF materials, also PVC junction box), union mounting (316SS, CPVC or PVDF materials with optional 2” tee), sanitary mounting (316 SS 2” tee with heavy-duty clamp), or insertion/removal mounting (316 SS or CPVC material).
Honeywell contacting conductivity cells are manufactured to a high standard with the use of rugged materials. Conductivity measurement ranges for the 5000TC Toroidal cells are typically 0.2 to 2000 milliSiemens/cm and suitable for temperatures up to 120C and flowrates up to 3m/s. Please check with Fluidic for help with product selection for your application.
All Honeywell conductivity cells have integral temperature compensators that are compatible with Honeywell instrumentation. Typical applications for Honeywell conductivity instrumentation includes water treatment plants, boilers, cooling towers, CIP systems and acid/base concentration measurements. Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) can also be determined with the use of Honeywell conductivity cells if the contents of the suspect solution are known. For lower conductivity measurements (generally microSiemens, µS/cm, ranges) please see our range of Honeywell Contacting conductivity cells.
Fluidic hold an exclusive channel partner agreement with Honeywell Field Products division. Our instrumentation engineers are product trained and able to help with instrument selection within the full Honeywell Field Product instrumentation portfolio. This includes accompanying pH, ORP, conductivity or DO instrumentation. Fluidic order directly with the factory via an exclusive channel partner web portal and hold stock for some common lines. Please contact either office for more information (Glasgow 0141 641 5920 or Warrington 01925 572401).
