Hanwell RL4000 Temperature Transmitters

Hanwell RL4000 Temperature transmitters offer an accurate and convenient method of temperature monitoring and data logging.  As part of the Hanwell system, RL4000 temperature transmitters feed into Hanwell Synergy data acquisition software, generally via an SR2 base station.  This wireless Hanwell system is commonly used in facility monitoring applications, including pharmaceutical and cleanroom monitoring systems requiring compliance to FDA CFR21 pt11 regulations.

Hanwell RL4000 transmitters are powered from a single, generic, 3.6V lithium “AA” size battery.  Battery life is typically up to 18 months.  Fluidic offer calibration solutions for all RL4000 sensors.  As part of a typical annual calibration, Fluidic can replace the battery at no extra cost.  Hanwell RL4000 temperature transmitters are of lightweight ABS and polycarbonate construction.  Include order code Y119 with your order for a convenient and discreet wall mount bracket.

Hanwell RL4000 temperature transmitters include an onboard memory capable of storing 100,000 datapoints.  Along with the LC display, this offers invaluable data backup in case of wireless signal loss.  Signal coverage is strongest in its class.  The standard 434.075MHz signal utilised by the Hanwell system has a line-of-sight travel up to 3km.  Other frequencies are available, Fluidic are able to compliment our offer with site surveys prior to system install.

Thermistors come with 2 pin lemo plugs, Pt100 varieties with 5 pin lemo plugs.  Fluidic offer a variety of sensor lengths and remote sensor cables to compliment the above transmitter varieties.
