Hanwell RL8000 Transmitter
Used as part of the Hanwell Pro Wireless Monitoring System.
The Hanwell SR2 is the 2nd generation of the Hanwell Smart Receivers. A network enabled receiver, typical architecture options are shown in the Hanwell SR2 Datasheet file, downloadable from our downloads tab below. In addition, the Hanwell SR2 Smart Receiver can be upgraded to a Transceiver which both receives and retransmits data. Utilising TCP/IP communications protocols, the Hanwell SR2 employs fast data transfer. Network traffic generated is low and data is automatically sorted and filed.
Designed as the hub of the Hanwell Radio System, the Hanwell SR2 Smart Receiver also reads hard-wired sensors and can be fitted with up to eight onboard probes. A total of up to 253 sensors can be handled per Hanwell SR2. However, up to 16 SR2 Receivers can be employed per system, essentially offering a total of 4048 sensors.
For Hanwell Synergy wireless applications, the Hanwell SR2 should be ordered with the wireless RX receiver unit. This is hard wired into the SR2 locally, at the control station end.
