H&B Sensors RTA501 – RTD Sensor with Fabricated Threaded Thermowell

H&B Sensors RTA501 is temperature assembly combining a spring-loaded RTD sensor with fabricated threaded thermowell. This construction is designed for use within applications involving light to medium pressures and flow rates.

The RTD temperature sensor is available as a 2, 3 or 4 wire Pt100 or Pt1000 in either simplex, duplex or triplex configuration. The accuracy class can be selected from 1/10 DIN, 1/5 DIN, 1/3 DIN, class A or class B.

This assembly is available with an aluminium, stainless steel or plastic connection head which has an M20 x 1.5 cable entry. The sensor can be terminated with a ceramic terminal block, 4 to 20 mA transmitter or supplied with tails. There is also an option to specify a loop-powered or battery-powered indicator.

The H&B Sensors RTA501 thermowell comes with a parallel stem profile and has a wide variety of flange sizes available.

The fabricated thermowell are available in a wide selection of materials including 316 stainless steel, Alloy C276 (Hastelloy®), Alloy 400 (Monel®) and Alloy 600 (Inconel®).

The RTA501 assembly are available with ATEX Exia, IECEx Exia, UKEX Exia (intrinsically safe), ATEX Exd, IECEx Exd or UKEX Exd (flameproof) hazardous area approval for use within Zones 0, 1, 2, 20, 21 and 22.
