H&B RTD300 Hygienic Temperature Sensors

The RTD300 series temperature sensors are available as a 2, 3 or 4 wire Pt100 or Pt1000 in either simplex, duplex or triplex configuration. The accuracy class can be selected from 1/10 DIN, 1/5 DIN, 1/3 DIN, class A or class B.

This RTD assembly is available with an aluminium, stainless steel or plastic connection head which has a M20 x 1.5 cable entry. The sensor can be terminated with a ceramic terminal block, 4 to 20 mA transmitter or supplied with tails. There is also an option to specify a loop-powered or battery-powered indicator.

The RTD temperature sensors are additionally available with ATEX Exia, IECEx Exia, UKEX Exia (intrinsically safe), ATEX Exd, IECEx Exd or UKEX Exd (flameproof) hazardous area approval for use within Zones 0, 1, 2, 20, 21 and 22.

The RTD300 series has an available temperature range between -196°C and +650°C.

RTD Sensor with Connection Head Collection

• RTD301 – Connection head which is designed to be used with a compression fitting or duct plate.
• RTD310 – Connection head with process thread. The process thread can be specified with a BSPP, BSPT, NPT or Metric thread.
• RTD320 – Connection head with an integral extension piece and process thread. The process thread can be specified with a BSPP, BSPT, NPT or Metric thread.
• RTD340 – Connection head with a 1/2″ BSPP head thread for connection to an existing extension piece or thermowell.
