Honeywell DR Circular Paperless Chart Recorders replicate the feel and operation of a traditional paper chart recorder, without the associated paper and pen consumables. Honeywell DR Circular Paperless Chart Recorders are designed to replace the Honeywell DR4500 paper chart recorder install base, particularly common in dairies and other food manufacturers.
Improving upon the traditional DR4500 paper chart recorders, the Honeywell’s DR Graphic Circular Paperless Recorder offers improved networking facilities and functionality. Configuration is simple and supported further via a remote view and control facility. Touch-screen navigation, high-capacity storage, custom screen design, diagnostics, software support and more further enhance upon this. I/O cards accept up to 16 analogue inputs and a selection of pulse and digital inputs along with relay alarms outputs.
Honeywell DR Circular Paperless Chart Recorders utilise the credit system adopted by the Honeywell GR family of paperless recorders. This unlocks extra functionality such as totalisation, high scan rates, thermocouple health check diagnostics, email alarm relay functions and customised displays. For pharmaceutical applications, Honeywell DR Graphic Circular Paperless Recorder can be ordered with an extended security option. With this enhanced footprint protection, the Honeywell DR Circular Paperless Chart Recorders is compliant for validation within a CFR21 part 11 system.
The recorder offers itself towards multiple batching processes. Along with food manufacturing industries, pharmaceutical applications are common place.
