Schmidt SS 20.250 Air Flow Sensor

Schmidt SS 20.250 Air flow sensor monitors ventilation flow rates to almost no air flow.  Essentially a stripped down, economy version of the popular Schmidt SS20.500 Flow Sensor the Schmidt SS 20.250 utilises the dumbbell sensor head, unique to Schmidt.  This design allows 360° orientation, reducing uncertainties caused by installation.  The dumbbell design also has no parts to clog, and can be ordered with unique coating options for chemical trace applications.

Schmidt SS 20.250 Air Flow Sensor Specifications:

• Full measurement ranges from as low as 0…1nm/s* with a lower detection limit of only 0.06nm/s*
• 0…10v and 4…20mA outputs
• 2x outputs, CH1 being air velocity and CH2 for temperature -20…+70°C)
• On board status LED provides visual indication for fault checking
• Supply and signal connection via M12 5POS circular connector, cable length to suit
  (<15m for voltage out, <100m for 4-20mA.  See Fluidic for cable options)
• IP65 electronics with 316Ti Stainless Steel sensor material
• 58mm minimal insertion depth

* Air velocities are normalised to 20 °C and 1013.25 hPa (air).
