Humidity Calibration

Humidity Calibration (RH calibration) is carried out in bench top humidity chambers from our Glasgow facility.  Fluidic can calibrate probes from approx 5% up to 95% RH.  Relative Humidity probes are very sensitive devices. Fluidic are partners for Vaisala, who offer very stable and reliable capacitive measurement technology.  Even so, regular calibration of your humidity sensors is the only way to ensure reliable and accurate measurement, whilst extending the life of your instrument asset.

As Vaisala partners, Fluidic are set up to calibrate and adjust Vaisala’s full range of humidity probes and have all necessary cables and software.  This does not preclude us from calibration checks for other manufacturers.

• Typically we offer calibration at 10/30/50/70/90% RH at room temperature.  Custom points, and extra temperature points, are also available.
• We offer a low cost 3 point service (High/Middle/Low) for some low cost portable equipment (specifically Vaisala HM40).
• Our Relative Humidity chambers are very high end devices with references calibrated to EN 17025 standard. Our calibrations are therefore traceable to national standards.
• If you required EN 17025 calibration, we can offer this through our close association with partner labs.  As Vaisala partners, we can get your instrument calibrated in their EN 17025 factory.

Fluidic have a dedicated team of service engineers.  Relative Humidity calibration involves very expensive and highly tuned reference devices and chambers.  This process must be carried out in our Glasgow facility.  We are able to arrange collection and return of your instruments where this helps.
