Through our partnership with H&B Sensors, Fluidic offers a range of surface temperature sensors. We supply a number of different surface mounting options such as pipe clamp-on, strap-on, weld-on, bolt-on, self adhesive and magnetic style RTD or thermocouple sensors. All our sensors are built to our customer specification according to what is best for the application.
This non-intrusive design does not influence on the medium or interfere with internal cleaning of the pipes. It can also be used in rough, corrosive and high vibration applications. Additionally, the medium has no effect on the service life of the sensor (e.g. high pressure loading, aggressive media). Therefore, it saves installation time and costs.
Temperature assemblies can be approved ATEX Exia, ATEX Exd and IECEx Exd for use within hazardous area environments.

Surface temperature sensors are designed for easy installation and are ideal for process-control testing. They can also be supplied with insulation jackets and quick-mounting brackets for different pipe diameters.
