Micatrone MF-FD Flow Transmitter

Micatrone MF-FD is a flow transmitter specifically aimed towards airflow monitoring.  Designed for use with either the MFS-SS (Stainless Steel) or MFS (aluminium) self averaging airflow sensors, the Micatrone MF-FD will give an analogue output linearised for flow measurement.

Primary measurement is differential pressure.  Fluidic can size your application using our inhouse software and advise on transmitter selection.  In addition, where appropriate we can visit site and offer survey for duct traversing and installation guidance.  All Micatrone transmitters are manufactured in an ISO9001 environment and are supplied with calibration certificate.

• Output linearised for airflow, (normalised conditions to 1013mbarA and 20°C)
• Large, clear 7 segment LED display
• Outputs in mA (usually 4-20mA) or voltage (usually 0-10v)
• 3/4 wire design, active outputs will power the loop
• 24Vac/dc supply (240Vac mains option available)
• Scalable analogue output
• Simple operation and calibration adjustable
• Calibration certificate supplied as standard
• IP 65, ABS plastic enclosure, approx 122 x 120 x 90mm with 2x M16 entries
• Process connections for 8/6mm semi rigid tubing (compression fittings available for SS tubing)
• Alarm option available (MFM-L1 module)
• 2-TK manifold can be supplied, directly mounted, to allow instrument isolation and in-situ calibration
