Convert wired HART signals to Ethernet MODBUS/TCP and HART-IP.
Moore SLA is a SIL qualified safety logic solver. This safety controller sits between a simple safety trip (for example the Moore STA) and a larger safety PLC. Moore SLA is ideally suited for emergency shutdown systems as part of Safety Implemented Systems (SIS) such as HIPPS with 3x dual channel analogue inputs. A HART pass-through allows transmitter diagnostic information etc to be passed through to the process control system. Programming and configuration is via free of charge PACTware software, already commonplace in many instrument workshops (and downloadable from Moore’s website along with the appropriate DTM drivers).
Moore SLA Multiloop Safety Logic Solver
Moore SLA has a brightly lit, clear alphanumeric display and simple keypad design. Configuration is via PACTware and an internal webserver allows local read out and datalogging when connected to the network. The Moore SLA can be ordered with the FMEDA report, consistent with IEC 61508-2:2010 providing the necessary information to design a safety implemented system. Unlike most safety PLCs, configuration is simple. Fluidic can supply pre-configured for your application, with calibration certification across analogue inputs and outputs.
