Vaisala HMD60 RH&T Transmitters

Vaisala HMD60 Relative Humidity and Temperature transmitters and a 2020 revamp of the prior HMD60U/T/Y and HMD70U/T/Y transmitters.  With a cast aluminium enclosure and stainless steel probe, the robust duct mounted Vaisala HMD60 is designed for monitoring relative humidity in demanding HVAC and light industrial applications. The combination of high accuracy, stability and reliable operation of the incorporated HUMICAP® sensor makes this product series an ideal choice for demanding applications.

Vaisala HMD60 Series options:

• mA, Voltage or BACNET/Modbus outputs
• A standard 250mm probe, or 100mm short probe option
• Relative Humidity and Temperature outputs, along with options for calculated variables such as dewpoint, wet bulb temperature and absolute humidity
• Multiple, robust stainless steel sensor protection filter options
• Analogue outputs can be supplied for non-standard ranges

• HUMICAP® RH sensor technology, up to ±1.5%RH (0-90%RH)
• Pt1000 RTD Class F 0.1 IEC 60751 Temperature Sensor
• Supplied with factory calibration certificate as standard
• IP66 (NEMA 4X) Cast Aluminium Enclosure with stainless steel probe
• User configuration via Vaisala Insight software (requires cable model: 219690)
• Calibration via HM70 portable (requires cable model: 219980SP)
• The HUMICAP® 180V sensor can be selected for improved resistance in Vaporised Hydrogen Peroxide environments

Vaisala HMD60 Transmitters can be supplied pre-configured with multiple options using the usual Vaisala order form template (contact Fluidic for help with selection).  Additionally, the following models have a pre-configured setup for a slight reduce in cost….

HMD62 for measuring humidity and temperature
CH1: 0…100% Relative Humidity (4-20mA)
CH2: -40…+80C Temperature (4-20mA)

TMD62 for measuring temperature only
CH1: -40…+80C Temperature (4-20mA)

HMD65 for measuring humidity and temperature with BACnet and Modbus protocols
Also voltage analogue outputs (scaling as per HMD62)
