Gantner Q.monixx Data Acquisition System

Gantner Q.monixx is part of the Q.series product family. Gantner Q.monixx is an edge computing and data logging solution for reliable process control and asset monitoring. The standard I/O configuration of Q.monixx has 8 universal analogue inputs, 8 digital inputs, 4 digital outputs, 2 relay outputs and 4 serial communication ports . There is also a version with onboard display (Q.monixx version A117 D) and the unit is fully compatible with Gantner GI.bench for configuration and visualisation of the data captured.

Also included are 4 data loggers for parallel data acquisition to either local storage or to a GI.cloud storage solution for easy accessibility, additional analytics, and detailed diagnostics. Third-party apps can also be hosted on the device.

The Gantner Q.monixx data acquisition system is DIN mountable and available with or without display (model: A117 or A117 D respectively). The IO count can easily be increased using extra IO modules. We are also connected to local control panel builders and, along with the associated sensors etc, can offer the full instrument supply package.

As an application example, 2 photos above left show the Gantner Q.monixx used in a remote, “powerless” application. Utilising the low <8W consumption of the Q.monixx along with wake/sleep trigger function, the datalogger can run from a solar panel.
