Vaisala HMP7 Humidity and Temperature Probe

Vaisala HMP7 Humidity and Temperature probe designed for applications that involve constant high humidity or rapid changes in humidity and temperature in such as drying and test chambers, combustion air and other humidifiers and meteorological measurements where measurement performance and chemical tolerance are essential. This probe can be used as stand-alone Modbus RTU digital transmitter, or used together with INDIGO200 series of transmitters. The high-temperature tolerant cable in the probe is 2 meters.

• Temperature measurement range -70 … +180 °C (-94 … +356 °F)
• Vapor and pressure proof construction
• Probe and sensor warming functions minimize condensation on probe
• Sensor purge provides superior chemical resistance
• Plug & play compatible with Indigo series of transmitters
• Modbus RTU over RS-485
• Traceable calibration certificate: 5 points for humidity, 1 point for temperature

The probe is equipped with HUMICAPR2 composite sensor. Sensor purge functionality improves measurement performance under applications where the probe is exposed to high chemical concentrations. Probe warming function helps avoiding condensation under high humidity by heating the probe and sensor element above the dew point temperature.
