VEGAPULS 64 Radar Level Transmitter

VEGAPULS 64 is a non-contact, level transmitter utilising radar technology.  Unlike other radar level transmitters, VEGAPULS 64 utilises a very narrow beam angle and a small process fitting. This makes the instrument ideally suited to narrow tanks and still well applications etc.  VEGAPULS 64 has a dynamic range of 120dB and measures a wide variety of liquids, even those of low conductivity (“dk”) value.  The instrument can work through foaming applications to measure top liquid level (for example dairy or brewing applications).

VEGAPULS 64 Technical Specifications

  • Measurement range up to 30m
  • Various process connections as small as 3/4″ with optional flanged connections
  • Uncertainty to within ±1mm
  • Process temperatures from -196…+200°C (ambient -40…+80°C)
